Passionate about Pizza
Growing up with a passion for cooking, I spent countless hours exploring new recipes in my mom’s vintage Betty Crocker cookbook. Little did I know, this love for food would eventually lead me into the restaurant business. After spending five years working in the industry, I developed a fascination with wood-fired cooking. Inspired by this new medium, I took a leap of faith and built my own wood-fired oven, despite having no prior experience. Through trial and error, I perfected a dough recipe and created a variety of pizzas that quickly gained a loyal following at my restaurant.
After ten successful years in the business, my wife and I decided to move on… but my love for pizza never faded. I became increasingly frustrated with the low-quality ingredients and inflated prices that have come to dominate the pizza industry. This sparked a new passion: to inspire people around the world to make delicious, high-quality pizza from the comfort of their homes. Today I am committed to sharing my knowledge and experience, helping others create pizza that’s both authentic and truly satisfying!
